The COVID-19 situation throughout the United States, but more specifically Southeast Wisconsin, has greatly worsened in the past weeks.

With Gov. Evers’s order to close non-essential businesses statewide and limit unnecessary travel, FitTech Hosting has closed down its Waukesha offices effective today and will be instituting a required Work from Home policy to protect both our staff and our clients.

This has been quite the learning curve as FitTech has always taken a hands-on, social/collaborative approach to our projects. Starting Tuesday, March 23rd, FitTech staff will be telecommuting and be putting our webcams to use. During this time we ask for your patience and understanding as timelines may change, and response may take a bit longer as we re-adjust to the new environments and the growing backlog as we assist our clients through this crisis situation. The good news is that being a modern thinking company, we’re somewhat prepared for this – we have the cloud technology we need to get through these times. We will also further be evaluating how to bring virtual meetings into our everyday processes here at FitTech.

We also ask that you communicate with us, as detailed as possible, via e-mail, to [email protected] – as this will allow us to most efficiently respond to all queries, also ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. Please expect a response within 24 hours.

I want to stress that our clients are our top priority and that we’re going to struggle through this together, but we’re also going to get through this together. During this time I want to make ourselves available as a resource for you and your company. Please let us know what we can do to assist you throughout the next couple of weeks and our entire team will try it’s best to make it happen.

Best wishes,

Johnathan Martin
